MEET OUR PROVIDERS

Ethan Hollett LMT, SI

Being the nephew of an SI practitioner, I honestly never assumed I myself would fall in love with this work as I have. I only knew that my aunt does some kind of bodywork and helps a lot of people out of pain and into a better quality of life.

I’ve always had a mechanically inclined mind, and have loved working with my hands. This, coupled with a desire to help others on their journey of healing, and to care for and serve people, came together so perfectly in the work of Structural Integration. I get to help people heal so they can feel and function at their best, and I get to use my hands to integrate and “solve the puzzle”, if you will, of each person’s unique body.

There’s truly nothing like the work of Structural Integration, and I’m so thankful to be a vessel for this extremely powerful and effective modality. And to do this alongside my wife is more than I ever would’ve thought to ask for.

In my free time you can catch me outdoors enjoying the beauty of nature, hiking and exploring, or spending quality time with family, especially my beautiful wife!

Andrea Hollett LMT, SI

I have always been fascinated with how the human body heals, and how I can wiggle my way into that process. As a collegiate athlete, this fascination took new form when I ended up with my own career-ending injuries. Shortly after that I began to have health issues that led me to discovering how beautifully connected the body and all its systems truly are.

I graduated from the University of Louisville with honors and a degree in Exercise Science. Having worked in physical therapy, chiropractic, personal training, and group fitness settings, it is a sacred honor for me to have found my niche in Structural Integration. I love working with athletes, mamas and babies, and everyone else in between to help their bodies become restriction free and functioning at their highest capacity. And to do this with my husband is truly a dream come true!

When I’m not practicing or talking about SI, you can find me out on a run, trying to make masterpieces out of food I want to use up in the pantry, and spending time with my favorite people: my family.
